If you’re a gastronome then this is the place to come: the town has plenty of restaurants serving delicious Basque cuisine with panoramic views. Aqualand: Just under a two-hour drive north of Biarritz is the family-friendly attraction, Aqualand. Located in Bassin d'Arcachon, Aqualand is the closest waterpark to Biarritz. You and your family can enjoy a large wave pool, fun slides and a children’s area. There is also a crêperie, as well as a host of other restaurants and shops.
